the guiding surface is made of plastic, needs to be steel or aluminum to preserve the proper angle because only after the ski plastic on the guiding surface was already being used up.

That neck warmer is way too wide to be called « neck warmer ». It is wide open to wind, cold … Cannot recommend.
Tissu très doux et confortable. La coupe est ajusté alors pas de tissu qui poche. Je le recommande pour une couche intermédiaire ou seulement pour porter en ville.
Les dragonnes sont très confortable comme je les connais depuis plusieurs années, l’ajout d’une petite pièce qui permet de séparer les dragonnes de la poignée est un très bel ajout.

Obviously swix poles are best in the business. But you’ve really lost touch with your customer experience when you ship out brand new triacs without a pole strap. The poles took 2 weeks to ship here and now I have to order straps that will take another 2 weeks to get here.
I've had the jacket for 2 months and it's great for active sports. I use it for snowshoeing and crosscountry skiing from -4 to -20°C with different layers and it kept me warm and dry while moving, but don't stop too much for a break at -20.
I bought SWIX Nordic ski poles at the end of 2021. The basket with the leather insert was a replacement. I was pleased to see that SWIX offered replacement baskets for sale, without having to buy a whole new pair of poles. Unfortunately, the new baskets are deliberately designed not to fit poles purchased in 2021, clearly with the aim of pushing sales. A huge disappointment...
Useless product, need to remove the binding to use, doesn t sharpen at all, burn the edge.
Cap cracked within a few months of use. Swix offers replacement caps for $20. It's probably a $2 part.
This is a super sharp looking jacket,warm but with a significant amount of aeration through lighter panels at the sides. BUT it is missing a way to tighten the bottom to prevent drafts from entering - no drawcord. I have noticed this in a few newer jackets and I assume it is to save money for the company but it is a HUGE issue in a cold climate - if you can't seal.off the bottom from drafts, you are essentially not wearing a coat. Recommend putting in some mechanism to tighten it up.
In less than 50 km of trails I got Just Click holding mechanics broken in the middle of the forest trail. Had to improvise and fix it with a piece of shoe lace.
This is a poor SWIX design and manufacturing combined.
No one in Canada will send you a replacement part, they will send you to the store instead for return.

Disappointed in this ski bag, the material is very thin making the bag flimsy. It does not give the impression of durability and longevity. Sadly will be returning and looking elsewhere for a ski bag.

Had "JustClick" lock broken today leaving me on the trail in the middle of the forest.
Had to use little swiss knife and piece of shoe lace to temporarily fix the pole and complete the trail. New poles, just purchased, less than 50 km of use.
As discovered the part holding lock is a THIN piece of black plastic not strong enough to withstand the pushing force normally applied to poles.
The little black piece you see on the picture is the problem.
This is not the manufacturing issue, clearly this is a design failure.
Customer Service contacted, waiting for their reply.
Works great. Pairs well with the touring baskets. Too bad they don't sell them as a package.
